记者使劲问境内多少人、多大比例受影响，官员一直说是少数、但没准数

关于学校list：
官员表示不确定，不会给（有记者提到清华，没正面回）
考虑到学生签证F版一位J1同学过海关的经历，澳洲那个list估计没跑了，虽然在list上也不一定就会被ban

专业方面多次提到敏感技术，其中有一段：
"And regarding the fields, I’m reluctant to prejudice the implementation of this rule, and so I don’t think it would be appropriate to discuss which specific fields. However, I would want to provide a view of the technology areas that we’re concerned about, and there‘s things like quantum technology; for example, artificial intelligence, advanced manufacturing, advanced materials. 个人觉得从他们语气来看，revoke部分人visa的可能性很大了
