武汉领事馆预定于6月22日“重开”

根据美东时间6月9日CNN报道，Department of State已经通知国会，武汉领事馆将于6月22日“重开”(reopen)。报道原文链接如下：

武汉领事馆reopen以后是否开放领事服务(签证)？或是像其他5个使领馆那样目前只提供ACS服务(更换护照等)？
通知国会的原文提到"at the current time, conditions in China generally, and Hubei province specifically, have improved to such a degree that resuming operations in Wuhan is appropriate."
认定湖北的情况已经improved，其他5个地区的使领馆就更应该及早重开。

According to a State Department spokesperson, 97 overseas posts are in Phase I and 35 are in Phase II of reopening.
国内的5个使领馆，应该属于Phase II(40%~80%工作人员到位)
