最后一句话太瞎了？是有in order???

打电话给USCIS客服感觉变新版了，用语音辨识接通representative，他告诉我我的case还没被assign，说要排队等，我问他可是有4月都开始approve了，他就说因为疫情关系什么什么的，没见过4月approve ...

我要求转tier 2，他说今天已经time shift，要我明天一早再打。
