关于海外托福考试报名的严重问题！

大家好，因为最近疫情的原因，我尝试报名海外版托福的家庭版。
但是前些日子注册帐号之后，因为还没弄好visa卡，所以没有报名考试。结果今天登录的时候提示我“
The username you entered is not associated with an ETS account for the TOEFL iBT test. Please create a new user account to access the TOEFL registration site.”
经过查阅多方资料，可能是注册帐号没有在退出之前报名（十分不合理的理由），咨询了官方人员，他们让我联系NEEA。
请问大家有没有遇到过相同的问题呢？有没有什么解决办法？是不是因为我在NEEA用相同的电话和邮箱注册过？还是真的因为我没有第一时间缴费？
