加拿大FSW invited了，求问landing visa的问题

据说landing visa期限是medical exam后的一年，我现在在美国的状态是file了140但是还是f1 opt，所以无法离境后再入境。明年h1b最后一次抽签了，打算看能否抽中，如果抽中了可以等10月1号生效了再去加拿大landing。

申请页面说"If you cannot get a medical exam before the deadline to submit your application, you may submit proof that you have scheduled an appointment. ".

那我能否约一个11月的medical exam，然后10月初submit枫叶卡的申请呢？
