转专业h1b transfer - PP - Approve无RFE - LIN20242X

我硕士是金融数学，然后强行转码。我这个case难点很多，一是近期需要wfh，所以工作地点有两个州（公司所在地和现在居住地），说不定要补交材料；二是跨专业强行转码，SO和BQ都有可能出现问题；三是携家带口，不知配偶会不会有影响。所以我觉得rfe是大概率事件。上个月F家的律师直接跟hiring manager和我发邮件说我这个case deny的概率很大，当时感觉心都凉了。于是我做了两方面准备，一是跟hiring manager商量把start date适当延后，因为律师建议拿到approval再入职，二是自己参照rfe需要的材料清单，准备出来一系列材料发给hiring manager和律师。好在律师都很尽职尽责，HM也比较supportive，期间电话邮件沟通过很多次。
最近天天刷uscis tracker，还一直在关心之前号段的情况，统计了一下感觉LIN处理中心这个月rfe/(rfe+approval)大概在5%左右，但是还是惴惴不安。今天在egov上查到approval的时候，感觉真是人品大爆发！！感谢USCIS高抬贵手！当然，我觉得跟我准备的材料，以及HM和律师的努力也有关系。
