申根第三国F1签证 - national interest exceptions(NIE)在签证页上有标注

7.28拿到护照，发现签证页上标注了“NIE UNDER PP ON NOVEL CORONAVIRUS”

本人7.22西班牙F1面签，7.23状态变成Issued。今天取护照发现签证页和以前有所不同，多了NIE的标注，觉得挺重要的。使馆网站和面试官当时并没有告诉我，只简单地说申根等地区F1学生可以直接飞US不受travel ban影响。然而学校表示并没有收到CBP的通知，并且美国航空公司也没有update关于NIE的消息，所以一直很担心会不会禁止入境。希望之后CBP和航空公司可以尽快follow新的instruction。

7/30 update: 学校和Dallas的CBP开会了，新生只要support letter证明学校不是全网课就可以，具体修课的文件不要求: "We heard back from CBP and they indicated they are not requiring any additional document."

前两天打电话给American Airlines客服，对于NIE一问三不知；今天的客服确认F1 student后，表示可以登机。
