求问 H1B grace period找到工作只要file change of employer petition么？

看到一篇文章说新公司要file H-1B change of employer petitions AND the extension of H-1B stay in the US for petitions filed within 60 days of the last paystub. 这个Extension of H1b stay 是因为grace period么？
