initial OPT152天，USCIS无能为力

initial OPT已经152天了，从7月初就已经assign给了officer，直到现在还没有任何update。昨天提交了一个e-request （outside normal processing time inquiry), USCIS的回复竟然是
“Your case is currently under review by an officer. We regret that we are not able to give you a time frame for when we will complete the review of your application.”
就表示regret是个啥意思？这e-request毛用没有啊...
请问大家还有什么其他的办法吗？要是这officer死活不给我批难道能拖一年？
