H1b work authorization 选项问题

请问大家找工作的时候是在填写work authorization的是选哪个呢？ 楼主已有H1b, 想transfer去新的雇主。 一直以为应该就是第三个，今天有同学跟我说应该选第一个？？ 瞬间蒙了。 求大家指导
Work Authorization:
1. I am authorized to work in this country for any employer
2. I am authorized to work in this country for my current employer only.
3. I require sponsorship to work in this country
4. I am not authorized to work in this country.
