时间线：
Initiated case.
Aug 11, 2020

Initial email sent to employee. Awaiting completed questionnaires and requested documents.
Aug 11, 2020

Preparing the H-1B petition.
Aug 17, 2020

Submitted LCA to Department of Labor. Certification expected in 7 to 10 days.
Aug 20, 2020

Sent H-1B documents to employer for signature.
Aug 31, 2020

Signed documents returned. Preparing to file with USCIS.
Sep 3, 2020

H-1B petition submitted to USCIS. Awaiting receipt notice.
Sep 3, 2020

9/4号联系律师，知道他们拿到receipt了（但是系统里没更新）。
9/11号在USCIS系统里看到approved了。
