因为要决定什么时候给公司2周的notice，所以通过地里很多汇报帖研究了一下流程，再结合我自身的经历，总结了一下H1B transfer file整个过程中最主要的几个步骤：
LCA表格提交到certified：大概1周时间 -> 公司审核并签字律所准备的材料和LCA表格：大概3-5天（因公司而异）-> 律所finalize所有材料：大概3-5天 -> 给律所的attorney review：大概1-3天

具体每个步骤时间因公司、律所、节假日而异，但知道具体的步骤有利于更好的规划transition的时间安排。希望大家都找工作，transfer顺利！最后希望加点米！有了后续会继续update的~

楼主想尽早去新公司上班，所以让律所在file前几天通知我，律所一file我就给了2-week notice，我顺利9/28开始正式上班。求大米～
