9.21 上午收到议员assistant说inquiry已经send到USCIS 下午收到assistant转发的USCIS回复“U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) records indicate that your constituent's Form I-765 is under review with an adjudicating officer. We are unable to provide an exact timeframe for when your constituent’s case will be reviewed through completion. We have notified the adjudicating officer of your inquiry for their visibility and will inform you of any updates we receive. However, if your constituent does not receive a decision or any correspondences from USCIS within 30 days, please contact us.”

以本人此次经验来看，找到靠谱的愿意帮忙的议员很重要！我联系senator近两个星期无回复，打电话去office时负责immigration的assistant态度也不好，给我的说辞是议员不能帮忙申请加急，只能自己联系USCIS申请。反观representative的assistant则告诉我申请加急大概率不批，他建议我通过他们给officer send inquiry，事实证明确实有用。之前看论坛里有帖子说USCIS有规定回复congressional inquiry的时限（原出处忘了抱歉），看来应该是确有其事。Receipt date在7月中下旬或之前的朋友我觉得找议员send inquiry这条路值得一试，且在给议员office的邮件和privacy release form中一定要明确写明inquiry内容是让负责自己case的officer告知处理时间。
另：本人在填I-765表格时学校没有任何辅导，签名的时候大笔一挥估计三分之二的签名都是在框外面的，而且用的黑色笔，现在看来应该是一点事都没有。

9.30 上午通过EMMA问到tracking number 显示已经out for delivery 晚上成功收到卡 有效期09/23/2020-09/22/2021
现在已经入职，因仍未收到SSN所以一直不能进payroll。

从收到卡至今给SSA打了无数电话，都说系统里查不到我的信息。在本地SSA预约了appointment声明dire needs，然而现在office manager一星期只有两天on site处理申请，预计appointment时间要到11月初。

10/9 从USCIS SAVE case check通过我的I-94 number查到Maryland SSA向USCIS查询了我的信息，打电话仍被告知系统里什么都查不到，没有卡号。
