父母加拿大签证被拒-2020

今年年初替父母申请了加拿大旅游签证，打算趁着父母在美国的时候再去加拿大玩几天。结果刚到需要打指纹那一关疫情开始。美国所有打指纹地方全关门，那时是3月初。后来父母因疫情滞留美国，到8月份打指纹的office开门去打了指纹，今天收到了拒信。原因是

当时写的申请是3月份去加拿大玩几天然后回美，4月底父母的机票从美国回中国。估计是8月份打指纹的信息说明申请人还在美国，造成了影响。但是申请材料2月底就提交了，没办法修改。有点惊讶和失望，但也承认自己其中有疏漏的地方，比如应该等到父母回中国后再打指纹，是不是会好一些。

请问这种情况会不会影响以后的加拿大旅游签的申请？也祝其他的申请人都顺顺利利。
