实习申请 需不需要sponsorship 问题

老掉牙的问题，找intern的时候这个问题怎么回答，Do you now, or in the future, require immigration sponsorship to work legally in the US? * 搜半天发现众说纷纭。学校的international office 说要回答no，因为未来有变数。可是我怕这是在骗employee。求地理各位现身说法。
