分享一个H1B海底捞approve的timeline，顺便求建议

Premium Processing receipt notice received from USCIS

Firm received approval from government

本来是要提交COS的，被律师搞错了，提交成CP。当前人在美国境内，H1B的CP approve了，并且难点在于L1B的ext还在pending当中。联系律师，律师没反应。

这个F家的律师，已经和她再三确认了要COS，字体都加粗了，最后依然搞错成了CP。不知道要不要曝光她的名字，一个美国人。只是希望所有F家处理的小朋友都能遇到靠谱律师。对律师来说只是一个表格，但对我们来说是人生。

补充内容 (2020-10-25 23:15):
现在我拿到的却是i797A with i94。我在网上搜了说i797A with i94就是指的change of status。CP的是i797B without i94。那现在我是不是不用管了，移民局的错误那就将错就错，反正我拿到i797A就行了。
