as such, I cannot provide any feedback on individual applications.
I would like to point out that incoming PhD students are offered full
financial assistance.
In terms of joining our research group I would be happy to
discuss with you the possibility of joining, however this has to
happen *after* you are admitted as a PhD student in the CS Department.
We are always looking for smart and talented students to join our
research group, and your background indicates that you are a good

我该如何回呢？因为他说了他自己决定不了招生，我是该跟他学术套呢？还是问问如何提高自己的竞争能力，在哪些方面再提高些之类的。。。。
