Is it easier to find a job in China?

Hello everyone,
I am a phd student in cs (my research does not focus on CS too much, not even AI/ML, it is numerical computation for PDE). I am considering switching to Master due to lack of funding. Currently I found it's difficult to find a job in North America as I don't have any work experience. (submitted my resume 100+ and no interviews at all) I wonder whether or not it will be easier if I try somewhere else, ex, Mainland China/HK, Singapore, Europe, etc. Thanks in advance!
