BAL家曲折的H1B transfer经历

报一个曲折的DP 刚刚在USCIS 查到case approved。第一个file H1B petition 是10/19然后接下来两周一直没有receipt。在这期间我一直给律师和助手发邮件催并表示两周没receipt不合理。然而受到的都是自动回复说律师们都在忙于AOS或者让我耐心等待。 11/03 我又发邮件催律师这会吧新公司HR加到thread 上了，结果告诉我可能需要refill。心中万千神兽奔腾，早干嘛去了，非要等两周耽误入职日期。 11/03 递交的refill 然后 11/04 收到的收据。
在这里真的想吐槽下BAL 现在公司就是用的BAL Perm + audit + 140 花了将近两年时间真的是醉了。。 祝大家都好运吧
