奇怪的亚麻dashboard没有显示申请（回复必加米）

8月底内推了亚麻SDE 2021 summer intern岗位，提交了申请资料。但是11月收到邮件说 我的application incomplete. 等我点进去amazonuniversity.jobs 的确dashboard/current application 是空的。有朋友遇到过这样奇怪的问题吗？点开current application也还是空的，我不知道在哪里点complete了。
邮件内容是：
Your application for the Software Development Engineer (SDE) intern role (Job ID: 1204415) is incomplete. Did you change your mind or forget to click submit? If you are still interested in being considered for this role, please log in to the Amazon University portal to complete your application.
Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis and, if you are selected to move forward in application process, we will reach out with next steps. Throughout the process, your application status will be available in your candidate portal.
