UChicago MPCS申请需要填写先修课吗

本科是985天坑专业，想转码，在coursera和udemy上过Algorithms，Discrete Mathematics,填写资料部分网申系统提到：If you have taken previous programming or math courses, please complete the information below. For programming, choose up to four classes you have taken, add the name of the class and the grade received for the class. For math, if you have taken Discrete Math, Algorithms, Calculus or Statistics, please use the line provided for the grade. Use the other lines for up to four other math classes you have taken.

本科上过的数学和编程成绩很一般填上去会不会反而不太好？
