The Dong group seeks to advance knowledge of mechanical engineering fundamentals in materials and biomedical science that will lead to innovations and improvements in medical treatment.
Our group is looking for enthusiastic students and researchers. Students with background/interest in one of the following disciplines are encouraged to apply: materials science, solid mechanics and biomedical engineering.
* Two Ph.D. student positions, starting January 2021.
* For prospective Ph.D. students, if you are interested in joining our group, please send your CV, academic transcript and publications (if any) to Prof. Dong. All candidates should also apply to the Department Mechanical Engineering & Industrial through the NJIT Admission.
* Postdoctoral researchers who have the background mentioned above are welcome to directly inquire the position with your CV, publications and research interests.
