Emma Agent确认最近的Significant Delay in Processing Receipts

今天(12/04/2020, EST 16:00 PM) 刚和Emma Agent询问了我的case(11/07 delivered to Dallas TX, no receipt)。 Agent承认了最近有 “significant delay in processing receipt notices”。声称原因是最近filings多，且有疫情的影响。原文请看下面：
Agent: I do not see your case at this time. USCIS has recently received a significant increase in filings. In addition to the restrictions put in place because of the COVID-19 pandemic, we are seeing significant delays in processing receipt notices. We are working hard to minimize delays and appreciate your patience. Please contact 1point3acres.com. You should expect to receive a response from the lockbox within 30 days of sending your email.
看到地里也有其他的小伙伴收到了同样的说法: "USCIS has recently received a significant increase in filings. In addition to the restrictions put in place because of the COVID-19 pandemic, we are seeing significant delays in processing receipt notices."
至少说明USCIS是意识到这个问题且给出了一些原因的。。。看来我们只能耐心等待并做好心理准备了。。。
