Fragomen非SDE新规WAC感恩节 H1B Transfer进度

大家好，
向大家分享一个新规+感恩节期间的H1B transfer进度，坐标湾区。

分享的原因主要是我的case在于11/25正式提交后，fragomen portal便不再有任何更新 - 一直保持在waiting for decision / case submitted to uscis的状态。
时间不知不觉间来到了12/8，由于我的旧公司节日期间连放10天，新公司又很想我赶快入职，我非常担心事情的最后变成approval/离职/2 week notice会在holiday season撞车，于是抱着忐忑的心情于昨天给律师发了邮件，问问看情况，看看至少有没有收到receipt。。
没想到很快就收到了律师回复的receipt number，随即在uscis网上查询，结果发现我的case竟然就在昨天12/8当天被approve了。。
（但截止到现在，fragomen portal还没有更新，也没有收到律所发来的邮件。。还是打算和老板提离职了。。）

希望得到希望可以帮到情况类似的大家。。
