H1B appeal 问题

今年2020 H1B抽中 但被RFE，然后被Denial
今天case有了动静，律师发的appeal被USCIS收到。但是case history让我很迷 求解答
第一个case history 大概是“ appeal received and decided to reopen and reconsider our denial of you case”
第二个 case history 也是同一天的 “your appeal was dismissed. the original decision on your case remains the same “

现在case显示reopen。 但是这是不是说appeal没用。decision不变还是denial？

有相同经历的朋友吗 求解答

刚发现我还有这个帖子 就来补充下
律师申请appeal uscis 12/11号收到
然后12/14号我的h1b就approve了
相当效率。 律师也很开心（惊讶）
