现在去厄瓜多尔签证需要隔离14天了嘛

官网没看到消息，大使馆电话打不通，发了邮件还没收到恢复。。（心累）
我咨询了一个中介，中介告诉我现在到厄瓜多尔需要14天之后才能去大使馆签证，有人有确定的消息嘛？
