Q2：When working on a team with members from cultures different from your own, how do you ensure that communication is effective?
题目难度还行，我说了90s就没啥可说的了，就结束了，感觉问题不大。
此处注意：duke和columbia都遇到的一个问题是录完后可能上传不成功。我这个是挂梯子时遇到的，可能网络波动造成用户登录验证失败。如果梯子不稳建议直接别挂，我现在Columbia的还不知道咋解决md
