Do you know a professional who is interested in returning to work after taking a break from their career in order to care for their child, a family member, or personal sabbatical? If so, we are excited to announce that we are currently hiring dozens of professionals for our spring, U.S.-based returnship pilot program!
Our virtual 16-week, paid internship (or “returnship”) provides a structured environment through which returners receive work assignments that help them reintegrate into the workforce as well as the support to acclimate to Amazon’s peculiar ways. At the end of the 16-week period, the returner’s work is evaluated against Amazon’s hiring bar and those who exceed our bar will be extended an offer for full-time employment
