USC发邮件让提交Official Transcript后没有消息

USC 1.7给我发邮件说“The document currently on file is an unofficial print-out, which is not acceptable for review purposes. The official transcript should be issued directly by the Office of the Registrar and be stamped or signed by the Registrar." 然后给两个解决方案

a) If you have the requested documents on hand, you may scan and send a copy of the materials in a direct email response to this message. Please use PDF or JPEG format only, not exceeding 10 MB in total size.

b) Otherwise, you must send the requested items within 2 weeks to our office per the instructions posted on our website here.

我立刻就回复了邮件附上了official transcript，但是到现在也是杳无音信，后来又给viterbi发了邮件问怎么交official transcript，然后回复我“ you can do this yourself by logging into the submitted application and adding the transcript using one of the unused Other Document slots in the Program Materials quadrant. If you have no open slots, it can be emailed as a PDF attachment to 1point3acres.com. Make sure to include your name and USC ID number in the email.”，我又在网申页面的other documents里上传了official transcript，又发了邮件问成绩单是否可以了，到现在依然没有任何回复，有类似情况的小伙伴们嘛，好慌啊。
