申请普度ECE，这个算录了吗

申请普度ECE， 收到一封邮件，说是ECE系里面已经建议录取了，还要研究生院看一下，然后会发正式通知。
就想问问这个算是被录了吗？ 有点虚啊。。。。求帮助

You are welcome to contact our faculty members and explain that you have been approved by the ECE Graduate Admissions Committee and would like to discuss their area of research and any possibility of funding as a research assistant.
