initial-opt 被拒 求问

今天刚收到了 rejection notice， 上面写了 The application/petition has not been fully completed. One of more of the following field(s) were not completed: Address. 然后我的check和这张notice订在了一起。但是我仔细检查了一下我的application，唯一需要我填地址的地方就是i765，然后我的check上也是有我的地址的。不知道有没有小伙伴遇到过类似的问题？没搞清楚前不太敢重新file一份。谢谢了。
