麻省大学电子和计算机工程系(ECE Dept., University of Massachusetts Lowell)，张华亮教授(Prof. Hualiang Zhang)的课题组招收2021年秋季或2022春季博士生（(2021年7-8月份-2022年1月份入学)，具体信息及要求如下：

We are seeking for PhD students in Fall 2021 or Spring 20221 to conduct research in the field of high-frequency electronics for applications such as emerging wireless communication circuits and systems (for 5G and future 6G systems), millimeter-wave radar sensors, wearable electronics, optical lenses and imaging systems. Related topics include RF/microwave/millimeter-wave circuits and systems, analog/digital circuit design, 3D printing based electronics and flexible hybrid electronics, integrated photonics, and deep learning techniques. Students who are interested in one (or more than one) of these topics are welcome to apply. A Bachelor or Master degree in electrical engineering, physics, computer engineering, optical engineering, or related disciplines is encouraged for this position.
