defer期间申请了ethz 和 epfl的 ee ms以及epfl的edpo，ms全拒，phd却拿到了offer，这也是我两年申请的唯一phd项目。邮件里说是要自己联系导师，不太懂epfl的强committee制，epfl的phd都是这样吗，还是说这还不算offer

In order to be accepted in the Doctoral Program, you must now find a thesis director who will direct your research and finance you during your PhD.
