有没有小伙伴申请的学校用LIAISON系统，我不能填我的IELTS考生号

我的candidate number是0开头的，这个系直接把0开头的六位数的认为不是6-digits我也是服了。。。
完全输入不了我的candidate number，找客服也只会说contact the testing center to make sure you have the right numbers，然后我告诉它这个bug之后它说 don't list it ，这又是必填项我能咋办，简直要了老命了
