H1B Transfer RFE - 上一家在离职后立即file revoke 【Approved】

Timeline：
1. 04/08 - Last day of employment，已经接到下家口头offer
2. 04/12 - Official written offer from new employer
3. 04/15 - Last paycheck with severance pay from former employer， paycheck date 04/20
4. 04/29 - Attorney started preparing H1B transfer
5. 05/27 - Filed I-129 PP，USCIS issued receipt （在60 天grace period 以内）
6. 06/08 - RFE notice，回复截止期09/07，询问04/15至05/27之间的Maintainance of Status，原因是记录显示上一家雇主在04/14发出revocation request并被批准revoke。律师感慨说我从未见过手这么快的雇主，前脚走后脚立即revoke。
7. 07/12 - 发出RFE Response，阐明60天grace period是有法可依，该candidate期间完全in status没有问题。
8. 07/12 - RFE Received， PP恢复
9. 07/15 - Case Approved。
