Job Description:
The openings are in the new state-of-the-art Innovative Technologies Laboratories (ITL), in the main broad technical area of Machine Learning and Smart Systems for Healthcare: Machine learning, Brain-Computer Interface, Biomedical Signal Processing, Nanomedicine, Imaging Processing, Pandemic Trajectory Modeling, etc.
We are looking for PhD students and postdocs who wish to embrace the unique opportunity of participating in the shaping of such a challenging and innovative research theme, as well as contributing to the ambitious research agenda of the Innovative Technologies Laboratory, supported by a substantial funding landscape.
Qualifications for Postdoc Researchers
Candidates need to hold an earned Ph.D. (or be near completion) in Electrical Engineering, Automatic Control, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Applied Mathematics. Successful candidates are expected to be self-motivated and have a good publication record. Good command of English is necessary. The position holders will perform interdisciplinary researches, explore new research directions, disseminate results through publications and international conferences, and help supervise Ph.D. and Master students.
