Our department has a highly-competitive admissions process. Information on how to apply can be found on our Department’s web page. Only after a student has been admitted to our department can I consider working with them. I generally have a full load of graduate students, and when I get an opening, I am required to choose from the pool of students who have been admitted to our program.

另外，我原来还套过另外一个学校的老师，但前后两封邮件过去了，老师一直不鸟我，这种情况下，我是不是可以换个老师套呢？
