use a separate sheet of paper 是要求一页以内的意思吗？

对PS的要求里有一句：Please use a separate sheet of paper and be concise。 这个是要限制在一页以内吗？

顺便确认一下 Your statement should be roughly one to two pages, double-spaced, 12 point font. 指的应该是双倍行距，12码的字吧？那样的话只能写600多词了。。。
