申请Master，教授给的推荐信的总结里写了改进建议，这封信还能用吗？

请问如果推荐信总结部分写了 “It would be better if he could have highlighted more theory in practice, and added more of his own special insights into it.” 这样的缺点性改进建议，推不推荐使用这封信？
