9月1日联系emma, update: biometrics have been applied to the case
8月9日emma帮助提交修改地址申请—9月8日USCIS ACCOUNT地址更新成功
8月18日emma 帮助提交e-request, 告知30天内回复
9月2日联系emma, update: security checks were cleared
9月8日联系emma,显示系统里这个case处理时间还要40天
9月8日call USCIS 800-375-5283, 提交tier 2 call back request,告知30天电话回复
联系Emma和电话USCIS，发现他们给出的信息并不一致。比如同一天问biometrics，他们在系统里有些可以查到，有些查不到。请问Emma和USCIS的查询系统是不一样的吗？他们都有分Tier 1 and Tier 2吗？
请问提交e-request后30天的答复是什么样的呢？
遇上security checks cleared后是多久approve?
等得好焦虑，11月下旬就到180天的deadline, H1b目前也是pending,两个pending cases都在那个5%范围内。请问还有什么办法催催USCIS吗？貌似request都是30天给答复。

Called USCIS, could help to submit another e-request next Monday and waiting for 30 days to get

Our service records indicate that we approved your Form I-765 and mailed your Employment Authorization Document to the address of record.
11月16日 收到Congressman转发的USCIS Potomac Service Center 邮件，告知EAD卡投递成功。USCIS原始邮件是11月2日发出。
