南湾中厂VMware的FP&A部门——新鲜出炉的 senior financial analyst招聘信息，hiring team直招~
正式的职位下周就要开出来了，内推抢先一步！不想看英语全文的朋友：这是VMware的Sales FP&A的senior analyst岗位，汇报给senior manager，由于业务扩张所以是新加的岗位（并不是有人离职后的backfill）；最重要的是踏实好学，有saas/software相关行业经验优先，excel和powerpoint一定要666，英文书面+口语都要presentable，与湾区科技公司一样一直都是fully remote，将来疫情结束后会是hybrid模式（每周二至三天在公司），如果不在湾区的话会adjust comp。不需要visa sponsorship的优先。

We are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to join the Renewals Sales Finance Team. This role will assist the senior finance manager in communicating and presenting key insights and recommendations to Renewals Sales and Sales Finance leadership team which help drive billion-dollar renewals business for VMware. Here’s a summary of this opportunity:
Core Responsibilities:
; Business Partner with Renewal Sales Teams by building positive relationships with Sales, Operations, Central Sales Finance, and BU Finance.
; FP&A Lead in building renewals sales budgets and tracking actual performance vs. plan. Work cross-functionally to continuously improve business planning, forecasting and month-end close process.
; Responsible for driving in-depth analysis to identify key business drivers and give insights to the leadership team which aid in strategic decision making.
; Optimize key metrics reporting/forecasting processes and strive towards automation of manual processes and financial reports.
; Partner with finance team in Bulgaria to prepare financial packages.
; Financially accountable professional ensuring financial controls/compliance.
Required Skills:
; Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or Economics required
; Minimum of 5+ years of experience in financial reporting and analysis.
; Highly motivated, hands-on person who is detailed-oriented, meticulous, and willing to grow.
; Strong verbal and written communication. Able to distill and present complex financial analysis into recommendations that are easily understood by senior management.
; Excellent financial modeling abilities, solid experience with MS Excel and PowerPoint.
; Hands-on ability with analytical tools & systems. Experience in SAP HANA, Hyperion, and dealing with large datasets leveraging BI tools.
Preferred Skills:
; MBA/Master (or equivalent) preferred.
; 2+ years of recent experience working at fast-growing software/SaaS companies.
; Ability to drive diverse cross-functional teams to solve complex and ambiguous problems, willing to take ownership of tasks and adapt to changing business requirements
; Excellent analytical skills with proven ability to develop analytical vision and persuade senior leaders using sound financial evidence to support changes.
