There are two Ph.D. Research Assistant (RA) positions in electric power area with full scholarship in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at the University of Kentucky for 2022 Spring and Fall Semester. These RA positions require the candidates to have strong background and interest in power electronics, electric motor drives, renewable energies, microgrid, and the like. Applicants with a master degree or project experience on these topics will be given prior consideration. The application deadline for the 2022 Spring semester is Oct. 15, 2021, and for the 2022 Fall semester is Feb. 1, 2022. The minimum requirement for GRE is 310, and for TOEFL is 80.
