EAD名字写错，已寄回YSC，case status至今没有更新

今年八月拿到OPT STEM EAD，发现名字里写错了一个字母，是USCIS的错误。按照网上的攻略寄回到了YSC，已经三个星期了，case status没有更新，还是八月的card is delivered状态。
问了Emma live chat, 工作人员说 "It should update but we are experiencing delays in updating the status information due to the influx of applications we have received from Afghanistan Refugees."
版上的同学们有最近遇到类似情况的吗？大概多久可以收到新的EAD？多谢多谢
