求意见：是否应该给教授发送辅助写推荐信的个人信息

楼主在准备Fall 2022的申请，目前的推荐人之一找的是一位上过网课的外国老师，老师人在国外，没有当面见过。因为课上成绩较好，老师答应帮我写推荐信，但楼主觉得和老师交流的比较少，所以想在邮件里给老师发一些启发他写推荐信的信息，现在想写的是这样的：

Why do I think Professor XXX is a good recommender for me ?
XXX is a high-level undergraduate major course. The coursework of Professor XXX’s class is challenging, but I performed well in exams, programming assignments. I had interactions with Professor XXX. Despite the fact that our class was in online mode, I often stayed after class to discuss questions with Professor XXX. I do find the knowledge of interesting, and the knowledge I have learnt from the class are valuable for graduate studies such as X, Y, etc. Therefore, I believe that Professor XXX can prove that I am capable of graduate level studies and can excel in graduate programs.

由于老师之前没有和我提过要我给他写帮助写作的东西，想问问大家对这段话的意见如何？楼主觉得一点担心就是会不会老师觉得会影响他的客观性或者他的声誉？
