抛砖引玉：defer policy 友好的MSCS 有哪些？

楼主今年Fall申请，在寻找defer policy 友好的MSCS program。目前看下来只有CMU 明确写明两年以内可以defer: "Admitted students can defer their enrollment one year at a time for up to two consecutive years as long as they agree not to apply to or enroll in a full- or part-time degree-granting program at another college or university in the interim."
还看了以下这些：
Berkeley MENG: 最多一年 "Campus policy only allows deferring for one year. "
Stanford MSCS: case by case, 最多一个quarter "Deferrals are granted on a case by case basis and usually for only compelling reasons. If granted, ... MS admits for a quarter."
Harvard MENG: case by case, 没写最多多久 "Decisions on deferral requests are made on a case-by-case basis and only after an admitted student has accepted our offer of admission."
Yale MSCS: case by case, 最多一年 "With permission from your program and the Graduate School, you may defer your enrollment for one term or one year."
Columbia MSCS: 不可以defer "There is no option to defer admission offers. However, candidates who have applied and were admitted to a Columbia Engineering graduate program, but did not attend, may reactivate their applications for one of the two terms following their original application."

1) 对于这些case by case 的program，如果大家了解defer petition 具体难易程度的话求分享！
2) 求推荐defer policy 友好的program！
3) Stanford HCP 接受OPT/H1B 读嘛？我email & follow up了几次admission office，都没有收到回复。
