F家 h1b transfer不给update case history正常吗

快被F家愁死了。。本来Initiate就拖了三个礼拜，上周邮件问了说已经在等LCA certified了。
但是他们家律师小助理说case history不会及时update，比如LCA submitted, certified这些中间步骤，只会file的时候邮件通知我，这正常吗？
到今天我也只能看到以下这些，感觉其他用F家的朋友都有很详细的update啊。。
