New Grad选offer求建议 Amazon Audible Java 全栈/后端 vs NetApp File Service

New Grad offer抉择求建议！目前手上有两个offer
1. NetApp(San Jose, CA) enterprise file service 组 做 AWS database management相关，linux kernel编程居多
2. Amazon Audible(Newark, NJ) 目前给大组boss聊过 表达自己想做Java后端/全栈的意向
关键项对比
1. NetApp总包比Audible差了一到两万，但目前还没Negotiate，估计最好情况可以match， 硅谷生活成本肯定比Audible高，但可能想跳槽的话更方便， Newark可能稍微不安全些
2. 倾向于工作稳定性/H1B 绿卡政策更好的公司，但不知道哪个会更好些， WLB个人觉得无所谓，想尽快晋升
3. Audible offer里 有个Non-competition的竞业条款，离职18月内不能 engage in or support the development, manufacture, marketing, or sale of any product or service that competes or is intended to compete with any product or service sold, offered, or otherwise provided by Amazon that Employee worked on or supported, or about which Employee obtained or received Confidential Information. 不知道对跳槽到硅谷有没有影响
4. 想了解一下 Linux kernel 和 Java后端/全栈的前景，个人比较重视职业发展前景，希望未来一到两年内可以跳到F/G， 希望第一份工作更加有发展前景
