About the role:
We are seeking a manager with experience in working with a team of software engineers, knowledge of compilers, and people technical management. As Manager of the Compiler team, you will have the responsibility to manage and lead a highly-skilled Software Technical team such as our backend tech lead and optimization tech lead. Responsibility includes supporting and consulting of Mythic's API SW Products, continuously improving the current compiler, and developing and support for the next-generation architecture. You will work closely with the Compiler Engineering Team and related cross-functional teams to ensure your team is meeting deliverables in a timely manner.
Our compiler team creates the compiler tool flow, from model description to firmware binary. This includes ingestion, high-level simulation, optimization, equivalence checking, and binary dump. We are a small nimble team that prizes clarity in communication by proactively sharing updates with one another. We value open-mindedness when solving challenging problems together. In addition, we have a lot of cross-functional interaction with other teams, sharing and receiving knowledge with stakeholders outside our immediate group. We share a passion for creating extraordinary technology that gives us an individual sense of purpose in our work. And most of all we value trust and respect among each other.
