Stanford的成绩单上传格式怎么弄？

发现申请中不懂的地方好多啊{:7_219:}

这个链接里说：
Open your document to make sure that your scanned document will print FULL SIZE on an 8 1/2 x 11 inch letter-size paper
这是要把成绩单裁剪成什么格式的意思么，我看了下自己扫描出来的文件，16.54*11.69 inch。。。汗，有谁知道该怎么弄才能符合它的上传要求么。。。

我猜想，因为它前面又有说把原文件以jpg格式保存再插入word中：
Open Microsoft Word or similar word processing program Click on the Insert tab, and do insert from file or picture那是不是直接word一页打印出来就是上面要求的尺寸大小呢？问题是这样打印出来的内容还看得清么。。。
