楼主在9月底，提交了ucsd的预申请，工作人员回复如下（该gpa正常情况下要求3，楼主只有2）
Due to funding constraints, we can offer 1-3 international students’ admission into the program. Last year we had close to 300 pre-applications and approved ~20 pre-applicants to apply. Of those 20 approved international applicants, 3 were offered admission into the program. I hope this information helps! Please let me know if you have any additional questions.
